Walk outside your front door and step into all that the Cargo District has to offer. Everything from fast bites to classy cocktail bars, breweries, shopping, and more are all within a few blocks!

Kitchen: Situated just off the living room and fully equipped with modern appliances, Keurig coffee maker, coffee and creamer selection, and cooking essentials. Seating for 2 at a comfortable round dining table.
Bedroom: Up the stairs, relax in coastal comfort furnished with a queen bed, desk, walk-in closet with washer/dryer, seating nook, and access to 2nd floor balcony.
Bathroom: Spacious walk-in shower, plush towels, and Shampoo & Conditioner from MISSIO (local to the Cargo District!)
Outdoor Space: Private upstairs patio with seating, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Additional seating nook located just inside for the days you want to enjoy the sun but not the heat!
