Relax by the electric fireplace in the cozy living room with ample seating, and enjoy movie nights on the large flat-screen TV. The newly updated kitchen is fully stocked with spices, a blender, cookware, and anything you need for hosting!
Outdoor Oasis: Step outside to discover your private outdoor oasis. Our backyard is a haven for relaxation, featuring a delightful hot tub — perfect for unwinding after a day of sun and surf. The spacious deck is furnished with a large dining table for 8 plus additional shaded kids table! Let the kids and pets roam freely in the fenced yard, giving everyone the freedom to play and explore.The fenced turf yard space features a private hot tub, shaded lounge seating, a gas grill, and even a water table for the kids!

We had a nice time staying at Doodles Place and escaping the record snowfall in upstate NY. House was bright and decorated nicely. Porches were lovely to sit out on and gates everywhere was a plus for our small dog and toddler grand baby. Location is close the Carolina Beach boardwalk and shoppes. Could be a bit noisy being so close to the bridge but it wasn’t a problem for us. Kitchen was well equipped although the pots were unstable, they shook and moved around on the stovetop. The downstairs suite had a renter, he was friendly and curious but you could hear the tv and every conversation. It didn’t affect our sleeping hours so we were ok with it but worth noting. Fans in all of the bedrooms were a nice addition. The upstairs air conditioner wasn’t working, we called & a repairman came over the same day to fix it which was impressive being on a weekend. Backyard had lots of toys and places to play plus the hot tub which was a big hit.

We had the best Mother’s Day weekend with family and our pup at The Doodle Place. The owner has really thought of everything. The house has so many nice features like retractable dog gates, kids area, and full kitchen. The fenced in back yard with small pool, hot tub, and grill was perfect for our family. We will be booking again!

This Airbnb was perfectly ideal for our bachelorette trip weekend! The interior was absolutely adorable and very clean. We had everything we needed from little things like Q-tips, shampoo and conditioner, and beach towels. The location was 5 minutes from Carolina beach and was very convenient. 5/5 review for Kimberly she is amazing!

Terrific house, beautifully appointed. Provided for us were beach chairs and towels, tower oscillating fans and even coffee pods for the keurig. Additionally, the beds and the couch were so comfortable. It’s a very nice, comfortable place. We hated to leave!

We loved staying at Doodle’s Place! The home was clean, well decorated, and fully equipped for kids. We were traveling with our three kids (17, 5, 22mo) and dog and everyone felt at home. The hot tub was a nice retreat and we were able to drop the temp for kids to enjoy it too. We were roadtripping from Chicago and it was great to have so many thoughtful amenities. When we discovered the baby gate/screen upstairs wasn’t anchored they sent a handyman the next day to fix it. It was 100+ degrees for a few days and the AC was powerful. So nice to come back into a perfectly cooled home from a day at the beach. Communication was great and I’d highly recommend this home to anyone traveling with young children and dogs.

Our first Airbnb experience was incredible! The house was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed! The fenced-in backyard and hot tub were perfect for our kids and our little dogs, and the location was convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. Kimberly was an excellent host who quickly resolved any issues. We can't wait to return!

This is a cleal very family friendly home. Lots of room. Great for big family vacation with little ones. House is set up for dogs and kids alike. Gates and more amenties then listed. All the kids stuff is clean as well. Kitchen has amenties for toddlers and baby. We booked last minute and appreciated it so much after being slightly stressed. Clean and safe with the hot tub which helped relax. I only wish I had this planned because this home would be alot of fun with more family and friends.

Perfect place for our young family! Awesome as a relaxing home base for adventuring with a very busy toddler & infant. The House: They literally thought of everything. Baby proofing and toys galore, pack n play and lots of safety/emergency equipment, fully stocked kitchen, super comfy beds and couches with tons of seating options, TV's and sound machines, clean hot tub and grill, modern A/C controls and fans...the list goes on. Beautiful modern/coastal decor with nice lighting and a front and back porch on every level. The Area: Grocery store and restaurants less than a mile away (walkable, though kind of heavy boat traffic so not super stroller-friendly from the boat launch at the end of snow's cut). Good central location to Carolina Beach and all the hustle and bustle there, Wilmington (we went to the USS North Carolina battleship), and not far from Kure Beach (the Aquarium & Fort Fisher). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Doodles Place. The home was welcoming and had every comfort item you could possibly need from cozy blankets to beach towels. It was also beautifully decorated. The small touches really made the rental stand out like sound machines in each room, comfortable beds and a several inviting outdoor spaces. It was incredibly kid-friendly with a pack n play (with extra sheets), baby gates on all the stairs, kids bowels plates and silverware, a high chair and the cutest kids play area with toys and books that kept my kids occupied. The rental is right down the road from the Carolina Beach boat ramp and the hot tub is an added bonus. Outdoor kids toys were unexpected, but greatly appreciated! We would definitely recommend Doddles Place.
