Welcome to AJ's Cottage, an oceanfront 3-bedroom/1.5 bathroom beach house in Carolina Beach. AJ's Cottage captures the timeless appeal of a quintessential beach house — relaxed, welcoming, and full of coastal character. Think easygoing beach days, sandy feet, salty breezes, and evenings spent making memories with the people who matter most.
The fully stocked kitchen has all of the essentials needed for a stay at the beach. Guests can enjoy both a standard carafe coffee maker or a Keurig pod coffee maker as well as a starter supply of coffee and paper products! A cozy living room offers space for guests to relax and is furnished with two couches and a smart TV. The bedrooms are cozy and coastal, with soft colors, quilted bedding and nautical touches. Guests arrive to beds made with fresh linens and plush towels!
AJ is half of a side-by-side pair, so if you’re traveling with a bigger group you can book Helen's Cottage next door too! That gives everyone time together on the beach and still a separate home to go back to.
Outside, guests of AJ have their own private space to gather. Enjoy the sounds of the ocean from the porch or grill dinner on the private decked patio. The Scotch Bonnet beach access is directly next to the house and offers a decked walkway to the beach for added convenience. Rinse off in the private outdoor shower after a day in sun!
