This 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom townhome with ample parking for multiple vehicles checks all the boxes for the perfect beach vacation!

Cruise to the shore in style with the included golf cart, making trips to the beach, local shops, and restaurants quick and easy. After a day in the sun, rinse off in the outdoor shower before unwinding in the spacious garage game room—perfect for family game nights or friendly competition! Outside, enjoy your private fenced backyard with stainless steel gas grill and fire pit. Kick back and relax on the screened-in porch while watching TV. Whether you're grilling, lounging, or letting the kids play freely, this outdoor space adds an extra layer of comfort and convenience.

With its prime location, thoughtful amenities, and laid-back beach vibe, this home is the perfect spot for making unforgettable memories at Carolina Beach.

The Boardwalk is the closest beach access but we recommend Spartanburg for a less crowded option. Golf cart includes annual parking pass so you can drive the golf cart to the beach!

This property is pet friendly for up to two dogs under 60 lbs with payment of pet fee. All pets MUST be disclosed prior to arrival. Undisclosed pets are subject to a fine.

Note: there is space for a total of 4 vehicles in the driveway.

Check in is at 4 PM and Check out is at 10 AM. We do not offer early check ins or late check outs during the high season.

Grand kids 1st beach trip

Place was absolutely amazing. Had everything we needed everyone had plenty of space in their own room. Kids absolutely adored the place especially the bunkbeds and how close we were to the beach the area gives you a nice variety of things to do with the state park right next-door and grocery store is right up the road made everything quick and easy and convenient. We will definitely be rebooking for a return trip sometime soon.

Amazing townhome

Seabreeze Sanctuary property. We absolutely loved our time in Seabreeze Sanctuary. The townhouse itself was truly exceptional – incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean, providing everything we could possibly need for a comfortable vacation. The kitchen, in particular, was a highlight. It was generously stocked with an abundance of silverware, dishes, pots, and pans, making meal preparation effortless. The large countertop space was fantastic and allowed us to enjoy wonderful, communal breakfasts every morning. All the bedrooms were wonderfully large, featuring very comfortable beds that ensured everyone had a restful night's sleep. The kids' bunk bed setup was a huge hit and very practical, easily accommodating more than three children, which was a great bonus for our group. We were also delighted with the amenities in the finished garage, especially the billiard table, which cleverly converted into an air hockey table, along with darts and other games. These provided fantastic entertainment options for both adults and children during our downtime. The golf cart was an incredibly convenient and valuable addition to our stay. It made getting to the closest beach (just a 10-minute ride) and Carolina Beach State Park (a quick 2-minute trip) remarkably easy and enjoyable. Finally, we greatly appreciated the very fast and friendly communication we received from you throughout our booking and stay. This made everything run smoothly. With 5 adults and 4 children in our party, we had ample room to spread out, and there were plenty of activities to keep everyone engaged and happy.
