Welcome to Dolly's Dream, a laid-back oceanside retreat situated on N Topsail Drive in the heart of Surf City! Sitting only one row from the beach, the ocean views from the porch and back deck make you feel connected to the coast every moment of your stay. Guests will enjoy a comfortable stay with fresh linens and beds already made upon arrival. Unwind in the spacious living room or sip your coffee on one of the expansive back decks and watch the waves crash. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for hosting family and friends after a day on the beach.

This charming 3-bedroom, 1-bath beach house offers the perfect blend of comfort, fun, and classic coastal living, ideal for families, friend groups, and your four-legged companions. Each bedroom is equipped with it's own TV and the large bathroom offers a double vanity and storage for added comfort.

Outside guests can rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day in the sand. Escape the sun in the covered screened in porch or catch rays on the uncovered deck! The options are endless!

Pets must be disclosed at time of booking (no pet fee for documented service animals).
Check-In is 4pm and Check-Out is 10am. We cannot offer early check ins or late check outs from May through August.

This was our first trip to Topsail Island, and Dolly's Dream made it such a wonderful experience. There were three of us plus a small dog, and we had plenty of space to spread out and feel completely comfortable. The owners have truly thought of everything you could need for a beach vacation. The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked with everything needed to prepare just about any meal. There's also plenty of beach gear available, including a pull-behind cart that made the short walk to the beach incredibly easy. One of our favorite features was the screened-in front porch, complete with tall stools and a table—perfect for enjoying morning coffee while listening to the ocean. The beds were very comfortable, which made relaxing even easier after long beach days. While there is only one bathroom, the double sinks helped make getting ready much more convenient for our group. We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this beach house. If you're considering Dolly's Dream, check it out—you'll love it!

A dream stay in Surf City!

Staying at Dolly's was truly a Dream! First, it was the cleanest and best-equipped rental stay we've ever had, even compared to much larger, more expensive places. It's been very nicely renovated and was one of the nicest homes on the street. We also loved the custom artwork you find throughout the home, such a nice touch. Everything you could need was provided in the kitchen, which made daily meals so much easier-the owners have been very thoughtful with this rental home! The amenities, like an outdoor shower, very nice-condition beach chairs, toys and gear, and board games inside, made everything about our stay with a toddler easier and more fun! The screened-in porch was perfect for dining on hot days, and our whole family, including our pup, enjoyed our stay immensely. The owner and local property management were wonderful to communicate with and answered any questions we had promptly. The home is 1 row back from the ocean, which made enjoying the beach easy and painless, which isn't always the case with young kiddos. This is a perfect house for families and those with dogs! Also, it felt private; the beach wasn't crowded, but you were only a 5min drive from all of the restaurants and amenities of the little beach town. My only tip would be to suggest putting turf or bark in the backyard area; the dune stickers made it pretty unusable; however, we did enjoy the hammocks, and there were so many other places to hang outside, we didn't worry about it. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about this rental and the owners. We hope to come back in the fall; this will be our go-to spot when we come to Surf City!
