- Outdoor Living Space: Gather in the shady outdoor living space after a day in the sun! The open carport and spacious private patio under the pergola are perfect for gathering with family & friends, playing games, hosting a low country boil, or just afternoon napping in the hammock!
- Outdoor Shower: Hot and cold outdoor shower available for rinsing off after the beach.
- Storage: Large storage room below the house with a fridge, Foosball table, Mini Pool Table, and ample space for your yard games and beach gear.

-Bedrooms: The main level features three bedrooms, including 2 King Bedrooms and 1 Queen bedroom.
-Bathrooms: Ensuite bathroom with tub/shower, additional full bathroom with shower, 1/2 bath powder room conveniently located off top floor living space.

-Covered Porch/Deck: Both front bedrooms have sliding glass doors leading to a covered porch overlooking a Island green space natural sanctuary.
